The Breath and Core Series is a virtual series of four sessions covering the foundations to help you connect your breath, core, and pelvic floor in order to prevent pain and dysfunction so you can continue to do the things you love to do symptom-free through all phases of motherhood!

Pregnancy and postpartum can impact the connection and coordination between the breath, core, and pelvic floor, which can lead to dysfunction and unpleasant symptoms such as pelvic pain, leaking, painful intercourse, heaviness/prolapse, dysfunctional diastasis recti, back pain, hip pain, and more. During this 4 week series, you will learn:

  • how to breathe correctly

  • how to engage your deep core

  • how to contract and lengthen your pelvic floor

  • mobility exercises

  • strengthening exercises

  • application to your daily life

  • and so much more!
